WELCOME TO THE PENINSULA
At The Peninsula All-Suite Hotel it really is all about the location. Sea Point sits between the mountain and the sea on Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard, and the hotel sits on Beach Road at the heart of it, a short walk from the cafes, bars and shops the suburb is known for, with Lion’s Head rising behind the rooftops and the promenade running past the front door.
The hotel has 110 suites, from studios to three-bedroom Royal Suites, and every one of them faces the ocean. You get a kitchen or kitchenette, a lounge, a balcony and views across the promenade to the Atlantic and Robben Island beyond, which makes the place work as well for a fortnight with the family as it does for two nights on business.
Downstairs there is coffee and sushi at Strolla, everyday cooking and a proper bar at Faces, and a pool deck where the sun sets over the water. There is a heated pool off the gym on the first floor, a sauna, a games room, a Tech Room for the kids and a concierge who will book your tours and your table. The shuttle runs free within 8km, which puts the V&A Waterfront, the Cableway and the City Bowl within an easy ride.
Cape Town does the rest. Clifton and Camps Bay are along the coast, Kirstenbosch and the Winelands are an easy drive, and the Robben Island ferry leaves from the Waterfront. Guests come back for the view and stay for how simple everything is once you are here.

You will be hard pressed to find a better view from these rooms. We had an 8th floor unit with a jacuzzi deck. Main bedroom was very big and very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved to pool area and the burgers around the pool are excellent. Loved every minute of our stay.

Testimonials
Consistently good amenities and very, very good and friendly cleaning staff. The multipurpose area which combines access to a mildly heated pool (probably 25-30°C in winter), a sauna and a gym is great. It aptly provides a four star experience overall. The location is great. The views of the ocean are stunning. There are various parks, playgrounds, restaurants and even a market to explore nearby.
