FOR OUR YOUNGER GUESTS

Dream Xplorers At Zimbali Lodge & Spa, Six Badges And A Passport

Dream Xplorers runs across Dream Hotels & Resorts, and children can carry the same passport from one property to the next. At Zimbali Lodge the estate does most of the work: there are forest trails, a beach path, a waterslide and soccer field at the Bushbuck Club, and jogging routes and cricket nets besides. Completing activities earns Kamo credits, credits complete a category, and a completed category earns a badge and a reward.

FAQ

What is Dream Xplorers?

It is the kids’ programme at Dream Hotels & Resorts, including Zimbali Lodge & Spa. Children collect a digital passport, complete activities to earn Kamo credits, and turn completed categories into badges and prize vouchers.

How do children join?

Sign-up happens at reception when you arrive, not online. The team sets up the digital passport and introduces the Dream Xplorers Champion, who tracks activities through the stay.

What can children do at Zimbali Lodge?

There are six badge categories covering sport, wildlife spotting, games, family activities and conservation. On the estate that means forest trails, the beach path, and the pool, waterslide and soccer field at the Bushbuck Club.

What do children win?

Rewards build with each completed category, starting with a beach ball and working up through a milkshake, chocolate, return trips to the Valley of the Pools and the Bushbuck Club, and a kids’ meal.

Can we carry the passport to another resort?

Yes. Categories can be completed across as many Dream Hotels & Resorts properties as you visit, so a badge started at Zimbali Lodge can be finished somewhere else in the group.
