In our kitchen
Our kitchen cooks the way the setting asks for it: low and slow in cast iron pots, over open coals, with herbs and vegetables picked from the gardens a few steps from the pass. On boma nights the pots come out to the fire and dinner is served from woven baskets under the stars.

Speciality dining
Selected evenings, for guests staying two nights or more.
Dinaledi means stars in Setswana, and the evening earns the name. It opens with a handwash ritual and a welcome drink while the lanterns are lit. Dinner is cooked low and slow in cast iron pots over open flames and served in woven baskets. Soft drumming begins during mains and builds into a shared circle after dessert, and the guides close the night by pointing out constellations over the bush.
