FOR OUR YOUNGER GUESTS

Become An Xplorer Like Kamo The Chameleon

Dream Xplorers runs across Dream Hotels & Resorts, and children can carry the same passport from one property to the next. Children of any age sign up at reception when they arrive, meet Kamo the Chameleon, and then work their way through the activities at the resort. Every completed activity earns a Kamo credit, every full category earns a badge, and badges turn into real prizes. Credits carry across the group, so a family that visits more than one Dream property keeps the same passport going.

FAQ

What is Dream Xplorers?

Dream Xplorers is the children’s programme at Burchell’s Bush Lodge and across Dream Hotels and Resorts. Children collect a digital passport, complete activities around the property to earn credits, and turn those credits into badges and prizes.

How does my child sign up?

Sign-up happens at reception when you arrive at Burchell’s Bush Lodge. There is no online registration. Ask at the desk and your Dream Xplorers Champion will set up the profile and give you access to the app.

What age is it for?

Dream Xplorers is open to children of all ages. Some activities in the Burchell’s Bush Lodge list suit younger children and others suit older ones, so families work through the categories at their own pace.

How do badges and prizes work?

Every completed activity earns a Kamo credit, which the Dream Xplorers Champion ticks off on the child’s profile. Enough credits complete a category, which earns a virtual badge and a prize voucher redeemed from the Champion.

Can we carry it across to other Dream properties?

Yes. Categories can be completed at as many Dream Hotels and Resorts properties as you like, so a passport started at Burchell’s Bush Lodge travels with your child to the next Dream property you visit.

Is Dream Xplorers supervised?

The Dream Xplorers Champion at Burchell’s Bush Lodge runs the programme and tracks each child’s progress. Contact the lodge about supervision arrangements before you travel, since this is a bush property where wildlife moves through freely.
